For most domestic we use FedEx as our primary shipper. Our defaul shipping option for all products is FedEx Ground and the chart to the right demonstrates the expected delivery date from the time the product is shipped (please allow 2 business days to process order package for shipment.

Shipping Cost Seem Too High?

Shipping costs can be high on our products because they are large boxes and the cost is based on size, not weight. However, if you have purchased several smaller items from different categories (ie. Apparel, Stakes, Accessories), sometimes that cost can be higher than our actual cost, because the system doesn’t calculate that we can ship those items together. If that is the case, please reach out to us via chat, email or phone and we can assist you.

International Shipping

We can ship to almost anywhere in the world. Pricing to ship to you is automatically calculated at checkout once you fill in your entire address.

Duties & Taxes

Due to the wide range of duties and taxes by each country, we are unable to predict any extra cost that will incur once the items are received. Please look into this before ordering to avoid extra charges.

All in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Pre-order or out of stock items will have an estimated ship date and a notification that the item is out of stock. These items will ship within 2-3 business days of being in stock. If an order is made on an item that is not available that was not marked out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and allow you to decide if you would still like the item at a later date.

Domestic Shipping

Our flat rate shipping price and options vary depending on product and box size. We utilize both UPS Ground and USPS Standard Shipping options to save you as much money as possible. Shipping times will vary depending on method, but typically range between 3-10 days. Expedited shipping methods that are selected at checkout will match the time frame estimate of those guaranteed shipping methods.

International Shipping

Because domestic shipping options vary widely we only offer estimated time frames on a per case basis.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping delays occasionally occur. Dave Smith Decoys is not responsible for delays caused by shipping service.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Dave Smith Decoys is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Dave Smith Decoys is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
