Product Details
The most effective buck decoy available with an aggressive stance that’s sure to bring in dominant bucks. Our innovative A.C.E. technology provides flexibility with ideal shape memory and unbelievable durability, and is used to give this decoy a correct stance and attitude in the ears, body and head. It also retains its properties in extreme temperatures and holds paint incredibly well. With the usual DSD attention to fine detail, anatomy and color, this buck decoy is nearly seamless with a proportionate shape, including the ears. Since it’s designed to have as few seams as possible, it’s recommended to assemble it before use in the field. Assembles within 15 minutes, no tools are required. Comes with all hardware, fiberglass stake and stabilizer base. Made in USA.

Shot a 159 in. 10 pointer with my bow on Nov 12 using the DSD buck decoy. my wife and daughter were in a blind with me. deer came from 250 yards away on a string. 25 yd shot. the whole thing is on video. my 7 yr old daughter was moving around and making all kinds of noise. the buck was so locked in on the decoy he literally paid no attention to all the noise in the blind. this is one story of many. i hunt over a DSD buck every year. INCREDIBLE RESULTS !!!!!!!

Was after a big buck with a carrylite in 2010 with no luck. Bought this in 2011 in hopes of luring him in. Never did see the buck again but the first time I put it out I had a 2.5 plow it over. Was able to harvest my first buck with it Oct 31st of 2017 and it was my biggest to date with a bow, 157” 8 point. I had a good idea where he was going to be and this decoy without a doubt helped seal the deal.

I found that it took a few times out before I found the right deer, in the right mood, and on the right day. But when it happened it was amazing! To have a bruiser Iowa buck come from over 200 yards out to 9 yards and present a sidestepping, ears back, and bristled up broadsided shot while being 100% focused on the decoy made for an amazing experience. The key is knowing when and where to play your ace.

Absolutely love this decoy. Nothing on the market comes close to how realistic this decoy looks. Had a buddy in the hunting industry turn me on to the Postering Buck and after seeing his success I just had to have one and I shot my biggest buck to date during the 2016 season. Can’t say enough good things other than there are imitators and then there is DSD decoys. If you want quality and realistic decoys that look like the actual game you are hunting then DSD decoys is the only place you need to look because in my opinion when it comes to decoys you get what you pay for.

After purchasing a few different DSD Turkey decoys and recognizing the quality, pride, and efforts they put into their work, this purchase was a no brainer. I have had several unbelievable moments with this decoy, the stand is sturdy, several times it took a ride thru the air from posturing bucks. Unlike other decoys I have tried, this one does not put the deer on full alarm, it is so realistic. Biggest Tip: Put it where you can see it easily, if you turn your head for a while and look back make sure you are strapped in with a harness, you will jump and grab your bow. I’ve owned the Posturing Buck decoy for two seasons now and have had several great experiences with younger bucks, doe and fawn in Central Wisconsin’s Farmlands. These deer are so focused on the decoy you could do jumping jacks in the stand and not get busted ~ Amazing!
This last season, during rut I finally had a huge trophy trot right up to the front of the decoy. Unfortunately while circling behind downwind the decoy he busted me and trotted away… but WOW was that exciting!
After that I went right out to Cabela’s and bought Ozonics. That will never happen to me again!
Had he circled in like they all seem to do he would have been 10-12 yards broadside facing away staring down the decoy. Ugh still hurts to think about. We take scent control very seriously but I guess that’s why he is a trophy buck…

I have hunted behind the buck and it drew a 3 year old right in to 15 yards without him never seeing us or hearing us, of course I missed with my bow but he was locked in and after the shot he came back at about 35 yards.
